Voter Registration Instruction and Guidelines
You must be a citizen of the United States, a resident of the State of Wyoming, 18 years of age on election day, not a felon and not adjudicated as mentally incompentent to register to vote. Please print and complete the following Voter Registration Form. Include a photocopy of your driver's license with the application. The application must be signed before a notary and properly notarized. You will be required to furnish identification.
Natrona County Elections Office is currently taking requests by the voters for absentee ballots – both the Primary and General Elections.

Natrona County Elections Office can take voter registration updates over the phone and via email EXCEPT party affiliation changes which must be handled in the County Clerk’s office or at their polling locations on Election Day.
