Natrona County Republican Party Precinct Committeemen and Precinct Committeewomen residing in State House District 56 shall constiture the voting members of the "Selection Committee". The selection committee shall select three persons from among the qualified nominees. These three names shall then be submitted to the Wyoming State Republican Central Committee, which will then submit the names to the Natrona County Board of Commissioners. The county commissioners, upon reciept of the State Republican Central Committee's notice, shall within 5 days select one of the three nominees to fill the vacancy in State House District 56.
